MyScholaHub is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides digital tools for schools, students, teachers, and educational institutions. Due to the nature of digital services, certain purchases may be non-refundable once access has been granted.

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation prevents automatic renewal for the next billing cycle.
  • Users will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current subscription period.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

3. Refund Policy

  • If a user is charged multiple times due to a system error.
  • If payment was made in error or without authorization.

4. Institutional Subscriptions

  • Schools and organizations subscribing to MyScholaHub are bound by their agreed contract terms.
  • Refunds for institutional plans are subject to service-level agreements and signed contracts.

5. Google Play and App Store Purchases

  • Subscriptions made through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store are managed by the respective platforms.
  • Refund requests for such purchases must be submitted directly through Google or Apple.
  • MyScholaHub does not control or process refunds for third-party marketplace transactions.

6. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

7. Free Trials and Promotions

  • MyScholaHub may offer free trials or promotional discounts from time to time.
  • No refunds will be issued for charges incurred after a free trial ends unless canceled before the renewal date.

8. Service Interruptions

In the event of prolonged service interruptions caused by MyScholaHub, eligible users may receive service credits or partial refunds at our discretion.
